Shipping Policy
At PureRawz LLC, we understand that biological research operates on strict timelines. We are committed to processing and dispatching your research compounds as securely and rapidly as possible.
Order Processing Times
All orders placed on our website are subject to a standard processing time of 1 to 2 business days. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and recognized US federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the following business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer fast, reliable shipping across all 50 states. Delivery times depend entirely on the shipping tier you select at checkout. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and are not guaranteed by PureRawz LLC.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-5 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2-3 business days after processing.
- Overnight/Next Day: Estimated 1 business day after processing (order must be placed before cutoff time).
International Shipping & Customs
We do ship to select international locations. However, purchasing research compounds internationally carries inherent logistical risks. The purchaser assumes full liability for understanding their local customs laws and regulations regarding the importation of research peptides.
PureRawz LLC is not responsible for any packages that are delayed, seized, or destroyed by international customs agencies. Furthermore, we do not cover any import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees. If a package is returned to us by customs, we may issue a refund for the product minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, provided the product remains sealed and undamaged.
Tracking & Lost Packages
You will receive an automated email confirmation containing your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a trace or claim. PureRawz LLC is not responsible for packages stolen from your property after successful delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
